He was professional, kind and 100% took my interests and hopes into consideration when coming up with a plan. One of my neighbors had used Collis Renovations so I was able to see their quality finished work. Their pricing was more than fair and everything is permitted with the city. Daniel was in contact with me constantly and met all time estimates regarding our basement finish. I really appreciated that he is upfront on estimates and nothing exceeded the estimated costs.
